How it Works

Only Fiber Sports Members have access to our Private Signings

Purchase Private Signing Slot

Order your Private Signing Slot on the website, letting us know where you would like the item signed and the item type.

Depending on the Sports Person, there may be some restrictions on the products you can send in and you may be able to include a dedication.

A certificate of Authentication is available as an optional extra.

Label & Pack your item

Label your item with your name, order no. and where you want it to be signed. We recommend a non-adhesive tape.

If you’re sending a photo, please do NOT stick tape on the front of the photo as you risk damaging it. For photos, you can simply include a slip in the parcel and we will label appropriately.

Package your item and please write your order number on the back of your parcel and/or include a printed copy of your order confirmation within the parcel.

Send in your Item

Post in your item to us at the address provided and by the deadline detailed.

You are responsible for the delivery of your item to us. We advise using a tracked delivery service to ensure your treasured item arrives to us safely.

Signing Event

We meet with the sports person for the signing event at a private location. They then sign all the items provided to them.

We will do our best to capture a photo proof, but it isn't guaranteed.

Signed Item is returned to you

Your signed item and COA (if ordered) will be carefully packaged and sent back to you.

Return postage is added when you purchase the slot for a private signing.

We offer the option to have the item collected for Free from the physical Fighting Chance Memorabilia store in Belfast.

We can also arrange to pass on your item to another company if they are at the same Private Signing event (by prior arrangement).

If you collect from our physical store or via another company, the standard return postage will be discounted from the price during checkout.
